they make it way to easy for people to commit fraud. my ex has claimed my childern threw them for 3 years. he hasnt gotten in any trouble even through i have filed, i called them and told them and got told it isnt there problem. he does not live with me and my children he does not pay child support or support the kids in any way! they need to make it so it is harder for people to do this and I really didnt like being told its not there problem cause they let the jerk do it 3 time. it is there fault!!!!
