The service provided is professional and efficient. They keep good records too. Very good, honest, hard working people. You can even watch what they are doing to your car from a bay window, next to the waiting room, above the shop.

We took my Ford Explorer to several shops due to issue with steering wheel making a popping noise , they all said they couldn't reproduce the problem and sent on us on our way. The team at J & L knew exactly what to check by what we were describing and fixed the problem. VERY happy with the experience
Excellent people, facility, and service. Very personable, friendly, good-natured staff. Extremely competent and knowledgeable. Very service-oriented and fair. The facilities are spacious and clean. The waiting room is a good size with lots of magazines and a TV. Rest room is large and clean.
Excellent service. My car kept losing air and I had to refill it more and more often. I took into two other places they charge me for a "patch" and said it was all set. When I went back to those places they said you must need a new tire. I didn't trust these places anymore so I decided to call J&L for the new winter tire. I was expecting a huge bill. Instead they looked my tire and found a small nail. I was convinced there was something wrong with my tire, they could've easily ripped me off replaced my tire. Also filled my other tires to the correct pressure. It made my day walking out of there only spending $30. Knowledgeable, honest and efficient!! I will definitely take my car there again.
