We needed to submit an urgent document to the immigration office and got the door closed to our face saying that they only accepted the filing through courier service and not by hand in person. After driving up from Boston in snow storm condition for four hours, this was a blow to us as we would miss the submission deadline once and for all. With only 1.5 hours on the clock before the immigration office closes for the day, we desperately rushed to the nearest UPS store and took a shot at possibly getting a delivery service within the hour. John understood our situation immediately and reached out multiple times for available services and drivers in the area and he was able to find a driver via Priority Mail, who was 30 mins away and could come directly to pick up and drop off the documents. And surely they delivered as promised! The files were accepted at 4:12pm, less than 20 mins before the immigration office closed and the deadline passed. Adam at the store helped us as well, after hearing about our situation, he recommended some local restaurants and places to visit and stay.
