So much to look at, and tons of seasonal items!
Very aggravated and disappointed. After seeing a sign that read : 40% off Martha Stewart paint, paint brushes and something else, I took 30 minutesto pick out about 16 2oz bottles of Martha Stewart acrylic paint. I went to the check out. The associate quickly said "these paints aren't on sale."" They are not the ones that are 10 for 10." I said " No, they are the ones that are 40%off."" There was a sign that said...." She walked over to the area, I followed. She pointed to the racks that had all the 2oz paint bottles and said that not all of them were 10 for 10. I then pointed to the sign directly to the left which said 40% off ...... . She said it doesn't apply to these paints we must be out of the Martha Stewart paint it's talking about. I asked where is the spot that paint would have been and she bent down and looked and couldn't find a spot. She kept talking about the 10 for 10 sale and how the reg price on those were $1.49. she said that if the 2oz Martha Stewart paint was on sale there would be a sign attached to the rack not on the side in front of the Martha Stewart paint brushes. Funny thing is there was no sign attached to the rack for the 10/$10 sale. I told the associate that she should at least scratch out the word paint from the sign. She took the sign away and went somewhere else. I ended up leaving with the other items but no paint. I live about 50 minutes from this JoAnn Fabric. Bad advertising, bad customer service.
