Dr St Marie was great and missy the tech was amazing but Paula was rude and not helpful at all did not help me to choose any glasses and I was not given any choices of lenses just told this is what your getting . I have never ever been treated this way before ....and when I asked about multiple pair discounts( which I have always had with VSP) she was very crass and said in this state we do not offer ANY discounts on top of your VSP ....I have always had a private VSP policy and for the last 3 years I have been,able to purchase glasses and also RX sunglasses for almost what I paid for the regular glasses I purchased here ...needless to say I Definatley will not have my husband go here and I will not go back That was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing glasses ....Worst part is I used work in this field and that was my favorite part of my job ..helping people pick out their eye glasses should be fun and exciting ......never again !!!!!!
