Great resource for St. Albans. Their long path and track are awesome to run on and there are a number of routes for different run/walk lengths.
It's everything in one place. Football soccer and baseball fields, a running track with hurdles, a nice long walking track, and a multitude of indoor sports including racquetball and tennis.
