The best sandwich and soup shop, hands down. The Holy Cow will blow you away. They're roast beef is perfect, they don't skimp and it's more than well worth the money. The soups are to die for as well. All the the food they make is fantastic.
In the past there has existed a void in St Albans of exceptional lunch fare that is quick and convenient...but no longer! Tatro's is all that and more, and has been my de facto lunch spot now for many years. Once you get accustomed to the fresh, quality ingredients they use at places like Tatro's you just can't go to Subway or McDonald's and live with yourself. I like the Holy Cow roast beef sandwich or the Cajun chicken wrap but in my experience it's all good whatever you choose! Gets busy at lunchtime so I always call my order in ahead of time.
You won't find better sandwiches in St Albans. The chili is pretty good too!
Great food and service! They make the best corn chowder I have ever had! If it's available and you like corn chowder then you absolutely have to go here!
