I have had good luck so far with Burt Paquin's Ford. Their service on my Focus was excellent and prices were reasonable. Service team was very nice and easy to deal with. I can't speak to sales yet but I will update this review when I inevitably do.

Called the dealership, spoke with Ryan, he offered to get me in asap, but it is a 3 hour drive for me, he then gave me the option of selecting a good day and time, he met my need, got me in and told me it would be 1 hour. I walked to the nearby shopping plaza got back in 55 minutes, and the service man was just parking my car, explained what he did, and took me inside to finish up with Ryan. I am very pleased with the service.
