This was the best car buying experience I have had. Terrance was helpful , friendly, and very patient with us as we considered a number of different vehicles. There was no pressure whatsoever and when we said we needed time to think there was no pressure pitch. I would recommend Handy's Downtown to anyone and this will be our first stop for our next used car.
I recently purchased my car at this Handy's Downtown. I had a great experience with Terrence Sayer, Jr., who welcomed me as I walked in. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and gave me all the details I needed to know about the car prior to purchase. The test run was further informative and all with a great sense of humor. Terrence is very organized and I had a very smooth transition at my return visit for paperwork. I would highly recommend him to anyone He is laid back, not pushy and listens well to every question or concern. The Managing Staff/Accounting are great as well. A truly great experience and smooth transfer of cars. I will definitely return.
