When I went in to put pen to paper there were no surprises or changes to any of the numbers we had agreed on. Handy's in St. Albans has always been a pleasure to deal with. I do a lot of purchasing for a business fleet. I've dealt with dealers all over the country. So many dealers today post a low price on their site, then add on tons of extra unnecessary charges to beef up the price. There was non of this at Handy's.
