Had a very enjoyable experience. Tom is very knowledgeable and a good guy to deal with. We purchased a new 5th wheel and could not be more happy with their help. We worked on the price a bit and might have been able to shave off a couple of bucks and go for a long drive but in the end we got a good fair price. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.
Bought used camper at end of last season.Both owners were very knowledgeable during the sale except no wiggle room on price. They stored it for us for the winter. Service person went over what he could when we picked it up BUT it was still winterized so not every thing could be tested. When we finally cleared the antifreeze out of water system we found a crack in the fresh water tank. That's when we ran into resistance and found little support. Obviously the tank was cracked when it was delivered to us and they insinuated we must have cracked it on our way home. Had to pay over $500 for a new tank installed by a great local repairman. Be aware of salesmanship and slick talkers.

They literally saved us from a disaster. On a trip from AZ the brakes on the triple axle 17000 pound 5th wheel quit working. After contacting more than 8 RV repair shops, several telling me that they were too busy and two mobile RV repair shops that didn't show up after commiting to looking at the problem. TC's was the only one that would help a traveller in need even after they explained how busy they were they understood going back to AZ with no brakes was a situation for a disaster. Thanks to TC's RV's we will get home safe.
Bought used rv,,quoted full gas, battery, inspection, brakes ,bearings ect. at pickup. Half gas, batt last 1 day,,had to argue to not pay for promised inspection sticker. Not a big deal,,,buying a new rv now 9 mo later., Same guy Steve is terrible replying to emails,,quotes a price,,I tell him we would have some negotiating to do,,he tells me if m looking for a better price to not even go see him,,,, so guess what!
