We loved working with our salesman. We would highly recommend Pete Quebec. He is very laid back, and not pushy. This was the first time Ive ever had to deal with a dealership and I will be returning again. Everyone appreciated our business, it felt like. Even the owner came up and shook our hand. They made sure the car was spotless inside and outside, and went the extra mile to fill the gas tank. Answered all our questions and made the process very seamless. Incredibly happy with our service and will continue to recommend Pete to all our family and friends. Glad we picked this company to go with.
Dan appraised my car for free so I could could get a refund through the DMV. Everyone was very nice at the Dealership and Dan was extremely quick and helpful!
There are other dealerships in town tha could take a lesson from their customer service techniques. After many years I shifted to the GMC & BUICK brands and I have found them to be a step above competitors on all fronts. I recommend them 100%.
Had been shopping for a few weeks in multiple states, heard about Handy from a coworker and decided to check it out. I worked with Korey who put me in the truck I wanted for a test drive, made some small talk and decided I wanted to go forward with getting the truck. I was upfront with Korey as far as what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade in. Without any negotiations they came back with the thumbs up. Came in the following day to sign paper work, met with one of the owners as I was waiting who took me around the building and showed me some of the new construction, very nice guy. Sat with the finance manager after that signed the paper work and was good to go in about an hour or so. Zero pressure from these guys, very laid back. Definitely an enjoyable car buying experience. Most certainly would recommend anyone to go to Handy, they were a breath of fresh air after going to multiple major dealerships in the area. They were courteous and professional the whole process unlike the other major dealerships I had visited and they didn't use ridiculous Elvis Presley references to try to get me into a truck.
Excellent dealership! To date, my best vehicle purchasing experience. The salesman, Todd, was great to work with and didn't play any of the games I'm used to experiencing at dealerships! And they gave me a very fair offer on my trade the first time, which I really appreciate. I will definitely go back when I'm ready for another vehicle!
